Oh Give Thanks

To ensure that every child, senior, and family in need experiences the warmth and joy of the holiday season, J.O.Y. Baltimore hosted the first “Oh Give Thanks” Thanksgiving Dinner as a small, neighborhood-focused event. Since then, it has grown into an annual tradition, bringing together homeless youth, college students unable to return home, and local seniors for a memorable Thanksgiving meal. This event has touched countless lives, providing not only food but also a sense of community and support—thanks to a dedicated team of volunteers and generous donors.

With the “Oh Give Thanks” campaign, our goal is to expand this effort and reach even more individuals in need. Each year, we strive to create a welcoming space filled with laughter, comfort, and connection for those struggling during the holiday season. Your support helps fund essentials like food, supplies, and cozy seating arrangements, all of which contribute to a festive, family-like atmosphere.
